Certificate register

Verify a UKCert certificate

Every certificate we issue is recorded here. Enter the number printed on the certificate to confirm who it was issued to, what it covers and whether it is still in force. Applicants can enter their UKA reference instead to see how far an application has reached.

A certificate number looks like UKC-2026-00142. An application reference looks like UKA-2026-00042. Spaces and lower case are fine.

What the register tells you

Reading a verification result

A certificate confirms that a management system was assessed and found to conform at the time of assessment. It is not a warranty of product safety or of legal compliance.

What you can rely on

The organisation, scope and sites shown were in force on the date you checked.

Past its expiry

The cycle ended and no recertification has been recorded. It is no longer in force.

Temporarily suspended

Certification is paused pending action by the organisation and must not be relied upon.

Withdrawn

Certification has been removed. Any certificate still being shown is out of date.

An application reference is not a certificate number. A UKA reference such as UKA-2026-00042 belongs to an application in progress. Entered above, it reports how far that application has reached and nothing more. Only a UKC number such as UKC-2026-00142 shows certification on the register.
Suspect a certificate is being misused? Send us the certificate number and where you saw it. Misrepresenting certification damages every organisation that holds it legitimately, and we act on every report. Report it to us.
